ABOUT SUBMISSIONS

We don't take on many new authors. Our clients usually come to us by referral or we approach them. Occasionally, we do respond to very short email queries, but we don't open attachments or long electronic files.

Our preference is a query letter and a few sample pages sent by old-fashioned mail with a self-addressed envelope and Canadian postage. Usually, if we would like to see more, we will contact the writer by phone or email.

We don't handle any poetry, very few children's titles, and almost no works in the categories of fantasy, horror, or romance.
